As per industry studies, 31% of projects get cancelled after requirements gathering and planning phase which would mean that business analysis tasks and deliverables are required even for those projects which may get cancelled or shelved due to various reasons.

Taking this into consideration, we introduced a concept called “Phinansys Optimum” to help project managers outsource business analysis, requirements gathering and related pre-project activities to our professional solutions team which performs all required tasks as per the best industry practices.

Phinansys Optimum comprises of the following set of activities and deliverables:

  • Following up and obtaining feedback from business teams
  • Communication, clarifying and resolving any issues or concerns about requirements to the technical teams.
  • Managing changes to requirements as per the identified and accepted change management framework.
